After a remarkable 37-year career, Jon Harper will be retiring from RMA+SH architects on October 31, 2024, marking the close of a meaningful chapter in his accomplished career.

For 22 years, Jon was a key figure at Schoeler & Heaton Architects, and since the amalgamation with Robertson Martin Architects in 2022, he has continued to guide RMA+SH with his vision and commitment, playing a pivotal role in shaping the firm’s success.

Throughout his career, Jon has been driven by a dedication to excellence, a passion for design, and a genuine care for his colleagues. He has played a vital role in shaping RMA+SH’s mission, driving successful projects, and defining roles, responsibilities, and career growth opportunities within the firm. His contributions to our committees and his efforts to foster collaboration will have a lasting impact.

We have all been fortunate to be part of Jon’s journey and to learn from his wealth of experience. As Jon steps into this new chapter, he is confident in the leadership he has helped develop and in the potential of our firm.
