Chanelle Landry, Associate
With 15 years of architectural expertise, Chanelle's project management and technical proficiency have been instrumental in consistently delivering projects within budget and on schedule. Accredited by OACETT, she also holds Project Management certification from Algonquin College and is on track to write her exams for licensure with OAA.

Tina Brine, Director of Operations
While overseeing the office operations for almost 10 years, Tina has spearheaded the implementation of CRM software and effectively managed financial processes, including invoicing, accounts receivable, and payroll coordination. Additionally, she plays a key role in various Human Resource functions.

Steve O’Connor, Quality Assurance Subject Matter Expert
With 25 years of professional experience, Steve has served as a project manager on design teams handling high-profile, politically sensitive, and secure government facilities. His extensive background includes diverse public and private sector multi-million dollar projects.

Jason Gillmor, Universal Accessibility Subject Matter Expert
Jason brings 19 years of professional experience, focusing on an extensive number of accessibility projects over the last decade. In addition to accreditations in AODA, and coursework with the Rick Hansen Foundation Accessibility Certification program, he is highly knowledgeable in universal accessibility standards.

Valerie Hesse, Marketing and Business Development Lead
Along with a Public Relations Diploma, Valerie brings 15 years of marketing and communications experience, with eight in the architecture field. Her expertise includes website development, social media management, graphic design, and large-scale proposal coordination.
